Overflow is backed by more than 25 years' of hands-on experience in financial management, administration, operations, and organizational support.

Founder Jayne Hawkins is a former business consultant who has helped countless companies expand, modernize, and improve. A lifelong learner, she holds a combination of degrees, diplomas, and more than 100 certifications - in addition to real-world problem solving skills.

Jayne began her accounting journey at a young age, working alongside her mother (a bookkeeper) in the days of paper ledgers and credit card imprinters. She followed a natural path, working her way up the ladder to senior financial and executive roles.

Overflow was built on the belief that businesses need practical support from someone who understands how operations actually function behind the scenes. With extensive experience supporting businesses through bookkeeping, reporting, process management, HR administration, and operational organization, we've seen it all.
